Here's a simple recipe to make shrimp lo mein at home

Ingredients:

- 8 ounces lo mein noodles or spaghetti

- 1/2 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil

- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon grated ginger

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms), thinly sliced

Instructions:

1. Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. In a small bowl, marinate the shrimp with 1 tablespoon soy sauce for about 10 minutes.

3. In another small bowl, mix together the remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Set aside.
